Phyllis A. Trueblood
Phyllis A. Trueblood of Warsaw, passed away at 9:14 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw.
She was a pastor’s wife in the Methodist Church and was a lifetime hard worker. Not only was she a loving mother and a homemaker, she worked various jobs throughout her life. For many years she was an operator at Indiana Bell in Kokomo; worked in a pre-school in Linton; and even worked in a silkscreen shop in South bend. Phyllis was a resident of Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw since 2008 and a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church.
Phyllis was born on May 2, 1928, in Hammond, to Harvey Marsh and Emma (Everett) Marsh. On Feb. 21, 1947, she was married to Robert Trueblood, who passed away in 2006.
She will lovingly remembered by her two daughters: Mary Trueblood, Warsaw; Pat Klos, Goshen; two grandchildren: Wendy Trueblood, Warsaw; Amanda Klos, Goshen; and her great-grand-dog: Beauford.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
No visitation is planned. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 26, at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
