Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:
6:57 p.m. Monday, March 7, North Huntington Street, north of East Main Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Karen S. Pamer, 61, East CR 1300N, Milford, Abigail M. Bevins, 19, County Road 40, Goshen, and Jessica K. Fought, 29, North CR 620E, Syracuse. Pamer’s vehicle struck the driver’s side of Bevins’ vehicle at an intersection. Pamer continued driving through the intersection and struck Fought’s front bumper. Pamer and Bevins were checked by medics, then released. Damages up to $25,000.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
12:10 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, East Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Abigail L. Steger, 20, High Circle Drive, Warsaw, and Betty J. Layne, 67, North Long Drive, Syracuse. Steger’s vehicle rear-ended Layne’s. Damages up to $5,000.
11:32 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Drivers: Mildred C. Grindle, 84, West Side Drive, Warsaw, and Shannan D. Deneve, 40, East SR 14, North Manchester. Grindle stated her foot slipped on the gas and she drove into the side of Deneve’s car at the McDonald’s drive-thru. Damages up to $2,500.
8:54 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, North Harrison Street, west of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Deanna M. Hughes, 38, Chinworth Court C, Warsaw, and Patti A. Haines, 63, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Hughes drove through an intersection at Harrison Street and her vehicle was struck by Haines’. Damages up to $10,000.
