Larry Michael Black
Larry Michael Black, 49, Warsaw, passed away at 8:19 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, in his residence.
On April 1, 1966, he was born in Warsaw, to Ray G. and Marjorie L. (Zorn) Black. He was a lifetime resident of Warsaw, who enjoyed fishing. He worked for several construction companies, mainly Mishler Construction and Fenix Construction, building silos and water towers.
Larry is survived by two daughters: Melissa (Jason) Matthews, Warsaw; Heather (Braxton) VanArsdale, Logansport; two grandchildren: Aiden and Grayson VanArsdale, Logansport; one brother: Gary (companion Vicki Murfitt) Black, Warsaw; four sisters: Marcia (Joe) Sanburn, Warsaw; Connie (Lance) Bell, Warsaw; Debra (Alan) Johnson, Warsaw; Kathy (Brent) Lursen, Leesburg. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Judith Loer; and Sharon Egolf.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Jason Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, in the funeral chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund, care of K21 Health Foundation, Warsaw.
