Blake Converset

WINONA LAKE – Following a stellar outing against league rival Bethel, Grace junior Blake Converset was named the Crossroads League Pitcher of the Week on Monday.

Converset tossed six strong innings to help Grace beat Bethel 3-1 on Saturday. He allowed one unearned run with five strikeouts in an impressive performance. The Pilots were held to a .238 average against Converset.

For the season, Converset has a 1.57 ERA in 23.0 innings from the mound.
