MENTONE — A caucus of Kosciusko County Republican Precinct committeemen will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, in the Mentone Town Council Chambers, Mentone Town Hall, for the purpose of filling the vacancy of Paul Haist as a Franklin Township Advisory Board member. The individual will fill the unexpired term of Haist, who has submitted his resignation.

Interested eligible candidates for the position of Franklin Township Advisory Board member must file a declaration of candidacy with Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Randall Girod no later than 72 hours before the start of the caucus.

Declaration of candidacy forms are available from the Kosciusko County Clerk’s office, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw.
