SYRACUSE — Fire crews are currently responding to a mobile home fire reported at 9581 King Arthur’s Trail in the Enchanted Hills subdivision.

According to the owner of the property, who was present on scene, the property is a rental and became filled with smoke after a clothing dryer inside the home caught fire. The tenants were inside at the time and all parties were able to get out safely.

Benton Township Fire was called to assist Turkey Creek Fire at the scene, but was disregarded before arrival. Turkey Creek Fire is currently working to clear the home of smoke.
