BURKET —One person was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital following a two-vehicle accident at CR 200S and CR 400W this afternoon.

Initial reports are the driver of a red Ford Focus failed to see a white Oldsmobile, causing the vehicles to collide in the intersection. The Oldsmobile went off the southwest side of the roadway and down an embankment after impact.

Four Way Emergency Services and Lutheran EMS responded with Burket Fire Department. The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the accident.
