Battery Case Continued To Feb. 25
WARSAW — A case involving a Syracuse man who permanently injured a female victim has been continued to 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, in Kosciusko County Superior Court I.
Ink Free News previously reported that Justin Doyle Anderson, 33, 118 N. Lake St., Syracuse, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 26, after he allegedly assaulted a female victim, Sarah Ginter, with a knife, following an argument. Ginter had pulled her to the floor by the shoulder and hair, then placed the knife blade in her hand and squeezed, causing it to cut her.
A plea agreement was entered in January. Kosciusko County Superior Court I Judge David Cates agreed to allow Anderson two weeks, at which time he is to return to proceed with the plea and sentencing.
