Snowy Weather Possible This Weekend
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Over night, Kosciusko took another turn toward winter, leaving area residents who were becoming hopeful of spring perplexed. With weather continuously alternating between the mid 40’s and low teens, it has been hard to tell if winter is coming or going in the county. Though many are hopeful sunshine is on the way, for this weekend at least, winter has peeked her head again in the area.
Today snow showers are likely to continue with cloudy, cold weather and a high near 20 degrees. Wind gusts as high as 25 mph will keep snow drifting throughout the county today. According to the National Weather Service, the chance of precipitation is set at 60 percent with total daytime snow accumulation of less than one inch possible. Weather conditions will be the same tonight with nightly snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Chances of snow continue over the next few days with a 30 percent chance Thursday; 40 percent chance Friday during the day and a 50 percent chance Friday night; a 40 percent chance on Sunday; and a 30 percent chance on Monday.

- Friday: A 40 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 23. West wind 5 to 15 mph.
- Friday Night: A 50 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 7 degrees.
- Saturday: Mostly cloudy and cold, with a high near 16 degrees.
- Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 4 degrees.
- Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 21 degrees.
- Sunday Night: A 40 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a low around 16 degrees.
- Monday: 30 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a high near 33 degrees.
- Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 22 degrees.
- Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 36 degrees.
