Pauline Richardson
Pauline Richardson, 69, Fort Wayne, passed away at 11:18 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Richardson was born on Dec. 28, 1946, in Matewan, W. Va., a daughter of Taylor and Eva (Dorton) Napier. She spent her formative years in Aflex, Ky., and graduated from Belfry High School in 1964. On March 16, 1968 she was married in Williamson, W. Va. to Larry Richardson, and moved from Belfry to Fort Wayne where she had lived for 46 years.
She was employed at Parkview, and retired after 41 years of service.
Pauline loved her family especially her grandchildren. Her surviving relatives include her husband of 47 years; a daughter; Kay (Brian) Landwehr, Churubusco; two sisters: Delores Helton; Lorraine (Larry) Wood; three granddaughters: Shelby; Malina; and Haley; three grandsons: Larry; Cody; and Levi. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters: Maxine; Linda; and Aline.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Lane Burgland officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, or one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
