Sharon Rae Mitterling
Sharon Rae Mitterling, 67, of Warsaw, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, in Warsaw.
She had been a resident of Kosciusko County, since 1959, and graduated from Warsaw High School in 1966. Sharon attended Warner’s Beauty College in Fort Wayne and later attended Grace College in Winona Lake. She worked for the Cardinal Center and as a feeder at R.R. Donnelley and Sons both of Warsaw until she retired in 2005.
She loved to play her Game-Boy, and traveling. She was a member of Winona Lake Free Methodist Church where she also enjoyed volunteering her time.
She was born on June 9, 1948, in Nevada, Mo., to John Albert McClements and Betty Roseanna (Connor) McClements. On Feb. 14, 1970, she was married to David Bruce Mitterling, who survives in Warsaw.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Beth Mitterling, Warsaw; mother: Betty Roseanna McClements, Winona Lake; sister: Joy (Dave) Dilling, Warsaw; two nieces; and six great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: John McClements, in 2013.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Winona Lake Free Methodist Church, Winona Lake. Her funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. and officiated by Pastor Paul Parker.
Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. Arrangements are entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
Memorial donations in Sharon’s memory may be directed to the Winona Lake Free Methodist Church, Winona Lake, and would be appreciated by the family.
