MENTONE – The Mentone Youth League has announced registration dates for its 2016 season.

Registration is open to boys ages 4-12 and girls ages 4-14. Registration dates are Feb. 6 from 9-12, Feb. 8 from 5-8, Feb. 10 from 5-8, Feb. 13 from 9-12 and Feb. 15 from 3-8.

Registration dates will be held at the Bell Memorial Library in Mentone. Cost to register is $35 per player or a maximum of $90 per family. The fundraiser buy out is $25 per player or a maximum of $40 per family.

The MYL also asks that anyone interested in sponsoring a team, dugout, field or brick to contact Chris Pettit at [email protected].

The officers for the MYL this year are Chris Pettit (president), Terrye Kirchenstien (vice president), Michelle Goble (secretary/treasurer), Thadd Mellott (deputy treasurer) and Steve Moriarty (equipment manager). Board members at-large are Travena Pettit, Phil Prater, Dan Thompson, Cy Stump, Cale Thompson, Jeremy Bowers and Zach Davis.
