VALPARAISO — The Lakeland Christian boys basketball team was in action again Friday night. The Cougars made their way west to The Region to take on Victory Christian. The home team enjoyed a 56-42 win despite 27 combined points from LCA’s Josh McDaniel and Connor Blum.

Blum led the Cougars with 14 points, McDaniel added 13. Carter Twombly led LCA with eight rebounds. Landon Twombly and Noah Twombly each had three assists.

LCA (1-12) will play at Granger Christian Tuesday night.

Victory won the JV contest 55-19.
