Brannen D. Paris
Brannen D. Paris, 40, Churubusco, passed away unexpectedly at 5:43 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at his home in Churubusco with his son Korbin at his side. His family is thankful for the emergency responders who work so hard to revive him.
Mr. Paris was born on April 25, 1975, in Fort Wayne, a son of Gerald T. Paris and Delene (Brady) Vanderwalker. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, and graduated from Churubusco High School in 1994. Mr. Paris loved to watch the Green Bay Packers play football and he also loved to watch Big Brother and Survivor with his closest friend Loree McBride Leitch. He also loved getting together with his family and having family dinners, especially breakfast.
Brannen loved his children and enjoyed playing video games, watching movies, and spending time with them. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife: Heather, Montpelier, Ohio; a son: Korbin Paris, Churubusco; a daughter: Madison Paris, Montpelier, Ohio; mother: Delene A. (Don) Vanderwalker, Churubusco; a sister: Julianna (Bryan) Bogenschutz; his grandfather: David Brady; a niece and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his adopted father: Gerald T. Paris; his grandmother: Sueanne Brady; his biological father: Russel Hinkle.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Paul D. White, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets and Childs Funeral Home from 4-6:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18.
