ELKHART COUNTY — Simple chair exercises can help improve your mood, reduce stress and depression. It is found to help slow the decline in memory and protect against dementia. This program focuses on improving cognitive function through exercise. Learn a few simple exercises to help us live well and age well.
Join the Elkhart County Extension Homemakers for this free, educational program presented by Ashley Dixon, Health and Human Sciences Extension Educator in St. Joseph County.
This program is being offered 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, at the Purdue Extension Elkhart County office, located on the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds.
