Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:37 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Rebecca M. Smith contacted police to report a domestic disturbance.
• 1:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 7800 block of North CR 900W, Etna Green. Kenneth E. Menzie Jr. reported theft of a trash can.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 12:44 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. Daryle L. Smith reported a vehicle had been stolen from behind Pilcher’s Shoe Store. Police later recovered the vehicle.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:01 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 1000 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Police performed a welfare check for Mona L. Niles.
