William ‘Danny’ Reffitt
William “Danny” Reffitt, 59, Warsaw, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, in his residence.
On May 15, 1956, he was born in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Floyd Gene and Anna Belle (Collins) Reffitt. He was united in marriage to Roxana Milburn in Burket, on Nov. 29, 1975, who survives.
Danny lived most of his life in Warsaw where he worked for Zimmer Inc. as a polisher and machinist for thirty three years, retiring in 2015. He attended Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church and he enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with his family.
Danny is survived by his wife of 40 years: Roxana Reffitt, Warsaw; his daughter: April (Darin) Reffitt Tudor, Pierceton; two sisters: Lydia Sue (Dale) Manns, Warsaw; Cathy (Kris) Raypholtz, Akron; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister: Diann Beavers; and his brother: Ffloyd Gene Reffitt Jr.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, in the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw, with Pastor’s William Whitaker, Terry Bradford, and Rob Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund, C/o K21 Health Foundation, Warsaw.
