Otto L. Basore
Otto L. Basore, 79, of North Manchester, died at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
Basore was born in Sacramento, Calif., July 6, 1936. He married Barbara Blocher Dec. 9, 1961, who survives.
He was self-employed in landscape maintenance for many years, and attended Old German Baptist Brethren Church in North Manchester.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Harry and Evelyn Basore.
Surviving are his wife; three sons: Dwight Basore, North Manchester; Chad (Heidi) Basore, Granger; and Wendel Basore, North Manchester; a daughter: Gretchen (Andrew) Good, Palmer, Ark.; a brother: Neal (Phyllis) Basore, Modesto, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28 at Old German Baptist Brethren Church, SR 13, North Manchester. Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27 at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114W, North Manchester.
Burial will follow at Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester. Memorials may be sent to American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, N.Y.
