Documents filed with the court by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Officer Matthew Holderman, states on Oct. 21, he was called to a residential entry complaint. Melissa Robinson reported there were four individuals inside her residence.
When the officer arrived at the Robinson property, he spoke with the co-owner, Ryan Robinson, who stated he noticed four individuals on the front porch. As he approached the four individuals, one ran from the house, while three stayed behind.
Holderman spoke with three of the suspects, two of whom were juveniles and Ciriello. He was told they were walking down the street, when they noticed the house appeared to be vacant. The group checked the front door, found it unlocked and went inside the home without consent or knowing who owned the house.
