WARSAW — Emergency personnel are responding to an accident located on Lake City Highway and Commerce Drive. The accident occurred in the westbound lane.

The accident involved a passenger style vehicle and an SUV in front of DePuy. According to officers at the scene, at least three individuals sustained injuries in the collision with at least one of the aforementioned individuals being transferred to Kosciusko Community Hospital by Lutheran EMS.

Crouse and Raven towing services both responded to the scene to clear the vehicles. Warsaw Police Department, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Department and Lutheran EMS responded to the scene.

The scene has been cleared as of 2 p.m.
