Pedestrian Complained Of Back Pain After Accident
WARSAW — A pedestrian struck by a turning vehicle at East Center and South Colfax streets, Warsaw, Monday, Oct. 12, was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital following the accident. The accident was at 4:13 p.m.
Roma J. Terrell, 47, South SR 25, Rochester, complained of pain to the back following the accident. She was transported by Lutheran EMS Kosciusko.
Warsaw Police report Katherine L. Miller, 77, East Wooster Road, Pierceton, was making a left turn from Colfax Street in her 2008 Chrysler Sebring. She failed to see Terrell walking across the intersection on Center Street.
Damage was estimated under $750.
