Zachary Mark Borkholder, 2-month-old son of Joey and Cynthia (Plank) Borkholder, Nappanee, died at 1:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.

He was born prematurely July 26, at South Bend Memorial Hospital.

Surviving are his parents; grandparents: Joseph and Rachel (Yutzy) Plank; Wayne and Irene (Miller) Borkholder, all of Nappanee; great-grandparents: Levi and Drusilla (Kauffman) Plank; John and Malinda (Raber) Yutzy; Owen and Dorothy (Bender) Borkholder, all of Nappanee; Ben and Ida (Miller) Miller, Goshen.

Zachary’s parents are members of the Old Order Amish Church.

Family and friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, and all day Monday, Oct. 5, at the family residence. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the Merl Bender residence on CR 52. Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate and burial will be in Weldy Cemetery.
