The Y Offering Fall Break Childcare
WARSAW — Over Warsaw Community Schools’ Fall Break, the Y will be offering School Break Camp from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Parkview Warsaw YMCA. Children Kindergarten through 6th grade will be kept busy and having fun Oct. 21-23. Wednesday, they will play group games and go on a field trip to HealthWorks Museum in South Bend. Thursday, children will take a field trip to Shipshewana’s corn maze. On Friday, Fall Break Camp will make a craft and Scarecrow Snack Mix, go on a skeleton scavenger hunt, go skating at Eastlake Skate Center and end the day with a movie.
Children should bring a lunch and tennis shoes every day. Register at the YMCA by filling out the Kids’ Club registration form if you are not already enrolled in the Kids’ Club program. Then, pre-register and pre-pay for Fall Break Camp by Oct. 19. Multiple day and sibling discounts are available. Contact Tonya Douglass with any questions at (574) 269-9622 ext. 221.
