William H. ‘Bill’ Osha
William H .”Bill” Osha, 81, passed away Friday, Sept. 25, 2015, at IU Health Goshen General Hospital in Goshen.
Born in Whitefish Bay, Wis., Bill moved to Fort Wayne at the age of 6. He graduated from Southside HS and De Pauw University in 1956. He served his country in the Army and was primarily stationed in Norfolk Va. After his military service, he joined Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. Bill worked for 38 years, ending his career as an Assistant Vice President and head of the Purchasing Department. He was a member of the American Legion of North Webster.
Surviving are his loving wife of 53 years: Judith Gordon Osha; son: Thomas (Susan) Osha, Wyoming, Ohio; their children: Zach and Peyton Osha; son: Robert (Stephanie) Osha, Salt Lake City, Utah; and their children: Tyler and Ryan Osha; brother: George Richard (Kathleen) Osha, Indianapolis; sister: Sara Jane High, Tucson, Ariz. William was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence H. and Esther Osha.
Service is 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project .
