Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident;
4:12 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, South Packerton Road, south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Eric M. Mackey, 20, South Packerton Road, Claypool. Mackey’s vehicle was pulling a trailer, which came unhooked while he was driving and hit the back of his vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:
10:47 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, South Main Street, North Webster. Driver: Nancy L. Anderson, 63, North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. Anderson turned the RV she was driving too sharp into the a parking lot and hit the side of a Lake Lube sign. Damage up to $5,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
1:17 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, North Reed Street, east of East Main Street, Warsaw. Kathrine G. Nolan, 17, West 525S, Claypool, and Brenna K. Fitzpatrick, 28, Sharon Street, Warsaw. Nolan drove her vehicle into the path of the Fitzpatrick vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
1:17 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, Lake City Highway, east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Shane D. Mock, 43, Backwater Drive, Fort Wayne, and Cynthia L. Weirick, 40 Ridge Court, Ossian. Injured: Jessica Weirick, 16, Ridge Court, Ossian, complained of pain to the neck and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Mock’s vehicle struck the back of the Weirick vehicle. Damage up to $50,000.
12:46 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, North Detroit Street, north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Kristy K. Jefferson, 53, South Washington Street, Warsaw, and Keira N. Collins, 27, SR 25, Mentone. Jefferson’s vehicle struck the back of the Collins vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
12:13 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Patricia J. Taylor, 49, South Country Club Road, Warsaw, and Riley S. Weber, 18, East Duffy Drive, Syracuse. Taylor was backing her vehicle from a parking space and did not see the Weber vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
