Sandra Lee (Zartman) Kiser Hubler
Sandra Lee (Zartman) Kiser Hubler, 69, Warsaw, passed away at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, in her residence.
Born April 4, 1946, Sandra was born in Nappanee to Verl A. and Eva M. (Oliver) Zartman. She was married to Bernard E. Kiser in 1966 and then was married to Norman E. Hubler in 1992.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #49, Warsaw. She was past president of the Unit and also of 2nd District. She also served as ALA Dept. of Indiana Sergeant- at- Arms. She was a 1964 graduate of Milford High School and received her degree from Ivy Tech, Warsaw.
She is survived by four sons: Andy (companion Heather Sims) Kiser, Fort Wayne; Bryon (Angie) Kiser, Warsaw; Dale (companion Julie Pifer) Hubler, Warsaw; and C. Norman (companion Sherry Gigous) Hubler, Warsaw; three granddaughters: Kirsti (companion Shane Fuller); Breanna Kiser; Olivia Kiser, all of Warsaw; and Zoie Bright, Huntington; three grandsons: Dan (Amanda) Hubler; Travis Hubler; Tyler Hubler; all of Warsaw; and six sisters: Barbara Russ, Medaryville; Jackie (Richard) Przeniceny, Fort Wayne; Jennie (Don) Blodgett, Tenn.; Barbara (Wayne) Richardson, Fla.; Nancy (Jack) Linville, Fla.; and Judy Gilland, Milford. She was preceded in death by both husbands; her parents; a daughter: Lindi Hubler; a grandson: Keegan Kiser; a sister: Betty Cannon.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28. There will be a Placing of the Poppy Ceremony at 4 p.m. by the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #49 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A memorial service will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the American Legion Post 49, Warsaw. Private graveside services will be in Wooden Cemetery (Harrison-Center), Atwood.
