Richard ‘Richie’ Biltz
Richard “Richie” Biltz, 47, Rochester, passed away early Sept. 5, 2015.
Born on June 10, 1968, in Rochester, Richard Dewayne Biltz was a treasured son of Terry W. and Amanda Helen Cave Biltz. Growing up he shared his childhood with two brothers David and Anthony. He was a member of the Rochester High School class of 1985.
In earlier years Richie was a dedicated employee of KOALA Center of Plymouth. He enjoyed helping others while working as a CNA. A fierce bargain hunter and entrepreneur, Richie kept his eyes peeled for clearance items, closeouts, shopping at Goodwill and Walmart. When he accumulated enough product–he would re-sell his treasures for profitability.
Richie amassed many friendships during life’s journey. He enjoyed cruising Rochester with the Doxie buddies, Turbo and Beamer at his side. Socializing and hanging out with friends were activities he greatly enjoyed. Richie loved surfing the computer and “Facebooking.” An avid movie buff he also liked watching game shows and classic TV.
Left to cherish Richie’s memory are his father: Terry W. Biltz; two brothers: David W. (Debbie) Biltz, Rochester; Anthony D. (Kim Miller) Biltz, Kewanna; a niece: Kelsie Biltz, Rochester; and nephew: Justin Biltz, Rochester; his two loyal canine companions the red dachshunds: Beamer and Turbo.
Preceding Richie in death are his mother: Helen Biltz in 2010; and his red Doxie Sadie, February 2015.
