Donald W. Honeycutt
Donald W. Honeycutt 56, of Bourbon, passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling , W.Va., unexpectedly of an apparent heart attack.
Donald was born April 26, 1959, at Washington, DC to lloyd C. Honeycutt and Margie Louise Honeycutt. Donald was a truck driver for Shaffer Trucking. He also was an LPN working at both Miller’s Merry Manor and Cardinal Services in Plymouth. Donald enjoyed his motorcycle and his family.
On Jan. 27, 2007, joined in marriage to Melinda S. (Spindler) Honeycutt, she survives along with his son: Bo Sands; three stepgrandchildren: Nicole Cashen, Plymouth; Joshua (Buffy) Hanson, LaPaz; and Randall Hanson, Plymouth. He was further blessed with seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; sister: Rebecca (Randy) Hooley, Bourbon; and brother: Royd (Pat) Honeycutt, Tippecanoe.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother: CV “Pete” Honeycutt.
The family will gather from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Tippecanoe Cemetery for a Memorial Grave Side service at 6 p.m.
