KENDALLVILLE — Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating a report of a possible drowning in Bixler Lake in Kendallville. At 5:36 p.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 25, Noble County Dispatch received a call that witnesses observed a person calling for help while swimming near the southwest side of the lake. Witnesses observed the person go under the water and not resurface.
