ALPENA, MICH. — An Amber Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Keegan Elijah Waterman, Alpena, Mich., last seen wearing a diaper and sandals. He is believed to be with his mother, Christina Marie Waterman, en route to Tennessee in a 2000 tan-colored Chevrolet Tahoe, Tennessee license plate number U4758V.
