Little Black Dress Fashion Show Sept. 24
WARSAW — Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts and Goodwill will host the Little Black Dress Fashion Show on Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Wagon Wheel in Warsaw. They are partnering with other media to raise funds in support of Wagon Wheel’s Access to the Arts for Children and Goodwill’s Mission.
“Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts is thrilled to be collaborating with Goodwill to present the Little Black Dress Fashion Show in Warsaw. We’re excited about bringing this event to our unique round stage; what a perfect place for a fashion show! Both Wagon Wheel and Goodwill are committed to enhancing quality of life across the region, and this partnership is a natural fit for us,” states Will Dawson, executive director, Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts.
Models will walk the runway in clothing from Goodwill showcasing the latest fashion trends. Kathy Friend, nationally known as a stylist and image consultant and president of the Style and Image Institute, will produce and host the program.
“Last year we assisted over 8,000 people in their search for employment and placed over 1,200 individuals in jobs with local employers. Yet, there is so much more that we could do and need to do! So, we invite our friends to attend specialty events like this one, because in doing so they help us change lives in our community,” comments Debie Coble, president and chief executive office of Goodwill.
Guests will enjoy a silent auction and shopping in the Goodwill Boutique complete with dressing rooms to find that perfect outfit. The boutique will open at 12:30 p.m. and the Fashion Show will begin at 2 p,m. Light refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon.
Tickets are $25 and are available at the Wagon Wheel Box Office or online at: www.GoodwillFashionShow.com. For more information, call: (574) 267-8041 or (866) 823-2618.
