WARSAW — Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals held its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, Aug. 11, in Warsaw. Among the several petitions presented was one by Ferguson Farms to allow a home based business, in this case the manufacturing of semi trailers, in an existing building on property zoned agricultural.
The property is located on CR 600N, east of CR 200W in Plain Township and the petition was approved by the BZA.

They still must obtain a building permit after the fact and a $500 settlement was proposed.
