Additional Agenda Items For County BZA
WARSAW — Other agenda items considered by the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals during its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, July 14, in Warsaw included:
• Ashley Singleton was granted a variance to temporarily allow two residences on one tract of ground while a new home is being built on CR 400W, north of CR 525S in Seward Township.
• Rebecca Schaefer Arnold was granted a variance and exception to allow a second story addition on a non-conforming guesthouse on Pickwick Park Drive, north of Pickwick Road in Turkey Creek Township, but the lower level must remain in place.
• Art Templar was granted a variance to permit construction of a residence accessory building on EMS T14 Lane at the intersection with Armstrong Road in Tippecanoe Township.
• Joseph and Denise Davis’ petition to allow a portable shed to remain as placed on EMS W23 Lane in Tippecanoe Township was tabled until August to allow for more information to be presented.
