Accident On Huntington Street, Syracuse
A three-vehicle accident on North Huntington Street, Syracuse, in front of the Syracuse Town Hall, occurred at approximately 1 p.m., Monday, July 6. One driver suffered minor injuries, but declined treatment.
The accident occurred when a 2008 Jeep braked suddenly, causing the commercial van driven by Charles S. Bowling, 59, Hillsboro Lane, Fort Wayne, to stop quickly. Bowling was unable to stop in time to avoid collision with the Jeep driven by Larry D. Gadson, 73, North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse, causing minimal damage to the Jeep.
A third vehicle, an Oldsmobile Alero driven by Nicholas J. Bradley, 33, East Hunnicutt Lane, Syracuse, struck the rear of the commercial van when the driver was unable to stop in time to avoid the accident. Bradley suffered minor injuries, and signed off at the scene.
Syracuse Police Department and Turkey Creek/Syracuse Fire Department and Paramedics responded to the accident.
