Trevor Wyatt Hoover (twin), one month, two days, Nappanee, died 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis

He was born May 29, 2015, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis to Mark & Karen (Martin) Hoover.

Surviving are his parents; brothers: Tristan Hoover (twin), Terrell Hoover; sister: Kelsa Hoover, all of Nappanee; maternal grandparents: Elverne and Lauretta Martin, Nappanee; maternal great-grandparents: Harvey and Ina Weaver, Goshen and Lowell and Mary Alice Martin, Nappanee; paternal grandparents: Marlin and Berdina Hoover, Elkhart; and paternal great-grandparents: Dale & Mabel Martin, Goshen.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. service Saturday, July 4, 2015, at Yellow Creek Wisler Mennonite Church, Goshen. Home Ministry will officiate. Burial will be at Yellow Creek Frame Cemetery.
