Etna Green Town Council Chooses Paper Shredding Company
Etna Green held its monthly town council meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at the Etna Green Fire Department. The meeting was short and covered one major topic.
The council unanimously approved the hiring of Iron Mountain to shred old town documents. The fee will be $150 per service visit to shred offsite. The other option was to pay $10 per box onsite. Andy Cook, council president, noted there was not enough room at the fire department to store the boxes needed to be shred. Due to the lack of space onsite, the council approved to shred the boxes offsite.
In other news, the town council announced Etna Green’s town-wide garage sale was this weekend.
