‘Flinstones’ Theme Park For Sale In Arizona
A “Flinstones” theme park in Arizona named Bedrock City is officially on the real estate market.
The property includes 30 acres located approximately 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon at the junction of Highways 84 and 180 has a listing price of $2 million. It was opened in 1972 and includes a gift shop, theme park, restaurant, RV park, campground and convenience store.
According to Bedrock, Arizona’s website, five million visitors pass through the area every year. However, the Hanna Barbera license to keep the “Flinstones” theme does not come with the sale. Potential buyers would have to negotiate with the production company to keep the theme.
