Wawasee Tennis Starting Summer League
SYRACUSE – Wawasee High School girls tennis coach Shane Staley is looking to form a tennis league, open to anyone ages 13 and up.
Cost is $25 per person and registration is listed to run through June 9.
The league is designed for both singles and doubles play. Matches, played on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June and July, begin June 9 at the Wawasee High School tennis courts. Match play will consist of three-set matches, first to six or seven in a 6-6 tiebreaker. Super tiebreakers will run to 10 in third-set tiebreakers.
League set-up will run according to numbers and skill levels, open for one through three singles pairings as well as one and two doubles groupings. Matchups will be based off seeding on skill level.
