Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department will host a Golf Outing at 8 a.m. Sunday, June 28.

The event will include a shot gun start and team scramble. Lunch, soda and water will be provided to golfers. The outing will help pay for a new gas detector for the department.

Cost for registration is $200 per team with the first place entry receiving their fee back. Hole prizes include $50 for closest-to-the-pin; $50 for longest drive $50 for longest putt. Prizes are subject to change. Door prizes will be offered as well.
