Faye Ann Nemore
Faye Ann Nemore, 51, of Columbia City, passed away unexpectedly at 8:31 p.m. Friday, May 8, at her home. Born February 24, 1964 in Wabash, she was the daughter of Dale and MaryNelle (Powers) Good.
Faye and her family had moved to the Columbia City area when she was in the third grade. She attended Columbia City Joint High School and had been a homemaker. In the early 1990’s, she married John Paul Nemore in Michigan. She had lived around the Albion, Michigan area until the past five years when she moved back to Columbia City. She enjoyed playing bingo, driving around the countryside and cooking for her family. Her homemade pizza will be missed. Faye was very big-hearted and had lots of love for everyone around her. She was full of conversation. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and visiting with her friends.
Survivors include her daughter: Shanna Collier, Columbia City; father: Dale Good, Columbia City; sister: Gayle (Scott) Reed, Columbia City; 17 grandchildren; and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband: John Paul Nemore in 2008; mother: MaryNelle Good, in 2010; daughter: Trista Maggard, in 1987; son: Jared Maggard Nemore, in 2005; and recently, son in law: Ricky Collier.
Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, with her funeral service to follow. Pastor Bob Siegrist will be officiating. Memorial donations may be made toward her funeral expenses, care of DeMoney-Grimes.
