AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley will host its Sports Physical Night for the 2015-16 school year on April 30.

The Physical Night will be held at Tippecanoe Valley Middle School starting at 7 p.m.

Physicals will be available for those in grades 5-12 next year who plan to participate in a sport. All athletes must have a completed physical form on file, completed after April 1, to compete in athletics.

Cost of the physical is $15 per person and physical forms are available at all Tippecanoe Valley schools. The form must be signed by both the student and their parents.
