Agnes Pruyn Chapman DAR Plans Genealogy Workshop

Kosciuskio County’s Agnes Pruyn Chapman chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold a genealogy workshop from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 25, in the Warsaw Public Library, located at 310 E. Main St., Warsaw. The workshop will be held in meeting rooms A and B on the lower level of the library.
Members of the chapter and DAR State Registrar, Charlotte Blair, will be present to give information about DAR and it’s resources that are available to assist individuals on family history research.
The Daughters of the American Revolution is a service organization dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education and patriotism. DAR membership is open to any woman 18 years of age who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution. If you know, or think it’s possible that you may have a patriot, there is help for researching your ancestors.
