North Webster Photo Contest Accepting Entries
Share favorite scenes of life in North Webster with the North Webster Community Center’s open-to-all amateur photography contest. NWCC’s goal is to assemble a collection of images to illustrate life in North Webster throughout the year.
To participate, submit your photos in accordance with the guidelines. Submissions will be judged by local professionals and displayed throughout the community center
A winner will be selected in the following categories: spring, summer, fall and winter. Community members will decide the winners by voting for their favorite during the Mermaid Festival. Seasonal winners will receive $25 and the grand prize winner will be selected from the seasonal winners and will receive a professional framing donated from Marilyn Copeland of Future Heirlooms and Custom Framing, North Webster.
Submission Guidelines
Photos may document exteriors, interiors, people or events taken in and around North Webster. Photos must clearly identify or represent North Webster with some indication of the time of year. Photos may not be photoshopped. Entries may be color or black and white. There is no limit on number of submissions.
All submissions require an 8 inch x 10 inch or 8.5 inch x 11 inch mounted print with a digital submission. Digital photographs must be in JPEG format.
All submissions become property of North Webster Community Center and may be used in print publications with appropriate credit given to the photographer. Photos must have been taken in 2012, 2013, 2014 or early 2015.
