Programs and events for April:
“Computer Clinic” will run from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 1. Bring your computer questions and problems.
“Drop In Zone” will be from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1. Drop in to play video games and watch a movie. For ages 13-18 only.
“Off the Shelf Reading Group” will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 2. “Elizabeth Is Missing” by Emma Healey.
“Chess Club” is at 10 a.m. every Saturday in April. All ages and beginning players welcome. Bring your chess game if you have one.
“Cookbook Club: Microwave & Pasta Meals” will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, April 6.
“Movie – New Release Tuesday” will show from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 7. Rated PG-13. Call or go online for movie title.
“Lake City Piecemakers Quilt Club” will be from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Friday, April 10.
We will host “The Knit & Purl Club” from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 13. For the beginner and the expert. Bring your projects. Help is available. Meeting in the Hogan Activity Room.
“Writers Club” will meet from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Monday, April 13. Special speaker Cindy Nash will discuss audible craft; honoring speech, sound effects and figurative language.
“Genealogy Club” will gather from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, April 14. Questions and answers – Meeting Room C.
“Gluten Free Support Group” will meet from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 15. Information about what it means to be gluten free.
“The Life of Ray Bradbury” will be from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15.
We will hold a “Book Sale” from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 17. Located in the Book Sale Room and Meeting Room AB.
“Scott Workman: A Classical Guitar Recital” will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, April 18. The recital will feature music from all historical time periods, with works by Alonso Mudarra, J.S. Bach, Fernando Sor, Francisco Tarrega and Andrew York.
We will have “A Visit from Abraham Lincoln” from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, April 20.
A “IRA Workshop” will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 21.
“Hooked on Crochet” will be from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 21. Bring your projects. Help is available.

“Make it Take it Crafts: Earth Day” will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 22. Make a gift bag. Class is free. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
“Card Making Class” will be from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Monday, April 27.
