Cornet Chop Suey At Rodeheaver Auditiorium
The group Cornet Chop Suey will be in concert at 7:30 p.m. March 27 at Rodeheaver Auditorium. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $20. Children under age 18 are free with a paid adult.
Named after a somewhat obscure Louis Armstrong composition, Cornet Chop Suey has been on the jazz scene since 2001. Members include Brian Casserly on trumpet, Tom Tucker on cornet, Jerry Epperson on reeds, Brett Stamps on trombone, Paul Reid on piano, Jay Hungerford on bass and John Glick on drums.
Known for a wide variety of styles, Cornet Chop Suey applies its own exciting style to traditional jazz, swing, blues and big production numbers. Every performance is a high-energy presentation and a memorable experience for the audience.
