Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the following accident:
12:22 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, South Huntington Street and East Bowser Road, Syracuse. Drivers: Tyler J. Wolfe, 17, East Waco Drive, Syracuse, and Melinda L. Cannon, 55, East Bayview Drive, Syracuse. Wolfe failed to yield to a red light while heading east on Bowser Road. Wolfe pulled out in the intersection and hit Cannon, who was heading north on South Huntington Street. Cannon complained of leg pain. Damage up to $25,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:
7 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, North Scott Street, west of East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Dakota S. Turner, 16, Barberry Drive, Warsaw, and Amy K. Puckett, 44, South Packerton Road, Claypool. Turner was heading west on East Center Street when Puckett entered the intersection headed south. Turner was unable to avoid a collision with Puckett. Turner complained of a bruise to the chest, but required no medial attention at the scene. Damage up to $50,000.
6:11 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, East Center Street, east of Court Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Chad E. Marsh, 45, East Broad Street, South Whitley, and Tricia M. Chupp, 34, East Pontiac Drive, Warsaw. Marsh collided with the rear of Chupp’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
5:57 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Moumita Raychoudhury, 27, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. parked vehicle registered to Sriram Arunachalam, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw and Janet K. Weirick, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. 1 pulling into parking space at apartment, must have hit the gas instead of the brake and her vehicle hit 2 and 3. Damage up to $25,000.
5:27 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, North Detroit Street and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Dudley O. Allen, 59, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, complained of pain to the chest, EMS transported, and Melissa S. Dove, 37, Heron Blvd., Warsaw, complained of pain to the neck, passenger in vehicle 2, Diamond Dove, 15, Heron Blvd, Warsaw, complained of pain to the neck, Heaven Dove, 12, Heron Blvd., Warsaw, complained of pain to the neck. Allen was southbound on Detroit Street when he fell asleep, causing him to run into the rear of Dove’s vehicle. Allen began accelerating after initial collision and collided with Dove’s vehicle a second time. All four individuals involved complained of neck and chest pain. Allen was the only one who required EMS transportation. Damage up to $10,000.
5:01 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, South Buffalo Street, north of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: William C. Wobrock, 62, 15th Street, Winona Lake, and Erin N. McKibben, 38, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Wobrock was headed north on Buffalo Street and was unable to slow in time to keep from colliding with the rear of McKibben’s stopped vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
