St. Patrick’s Day Patrols

The Elkhart County Traffic Safety Partnership will be conducting impaired driving patrols on Tuesday, March 17. In addition to normal patrols, additional officers from the partnership will be out in an effort to make sure that the Elkhart County community has a safe St. Patrick’s Day. Saturation patrols will be conducted on the north and east sides of Elkhart and Goshen City.
The Elkhart County Traffic Safety Partnership includes the following agencies: Elkhart City Police, Goshen City Police, Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, Nappanee Police Department, Bristol Police Department, Millersburg Police Department and Wakarusa Police Department.
The Traffic Safety Partnership will continue its patrols into the weekend with a High Visibility Enforcement Zone Saturday, March 21, on the northeast side of Elkhart, followed by impaired driving patrols in addition to normal patrols in Elkhart County.
