Milford area business leader Daniel F. Brown, president of Phend & Brown, Inc. continues his leadership role with the Indiana Construction Association, the state’s leading construction trade association, in 2015. The other board members serving with Brown are from contracting companies based in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Bloomington, Columbus, Kokomo and Boggstown.
