Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:21 a.m. Sunday, March 1, 8200 block East Highland View Drive, Syracuse. Shauna G. Young reported an attempted burglary.
- 8:17 a.m. Sunday, March 1, 9300 block South Verna Street, Claypool. Randall L. Brashear reported criminal mischief to his property.
- 11:14 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 10000 block North CR 450E and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Kyla Noel Marsillett reported a hit and run accident.
- 7:19 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Augusta Alvarado reported a battery.
- 6:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 4100 block East Forest Glen Avenue, Leesburg. John C. Hilgenberg reported an attempted fraud.
- 8:05 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 3700 block North Prairie Street, Warsaw, Joshua B. Hawthorne reported someone came into his house and stole cash from his residence.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 3:33 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 600 block North Main Street, North Webster. Tristin L. Brown reported possibly leaving a wallet on the counter at a business. Upon returning it was gone.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 6:21 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 400 block West Center Street, Warsaw. Annette Sheri Trammel reported damage to her vehicle.
- 10:22 a.m. Sunday, March 1, 2100 East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Angela G. Scott reported a debit card was forgotten at an ATM and she noticed fraudulent charges on their online bank statement from the missing card.
- 12:55 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 200 block North Scott Street, Warsaw. Angela G. Ebersole reported tax fraud.
- 12:57 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2800 block Lynnwood Drive, Warsaw. Michael D. Longenecker reported someone made an attempt to file his 2014 taxes.
