UPDATE: As of 9:10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, Fort Wayne Police Department cancelled the silver alert for Scot M. Taylor.

The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Fort Wayne, Ind.

Fort Wayne is located approximately 120 miles north of Indianapolis. Scot M. Taylor is a 62-year-old white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 199 pounds, with brown hair balding on top and hazel eyes. Taylor was last seen wearing a white and brown plaid shirt, blue jeans, and white gym shoes. His last known location was in Fort Wayne near North Side Park at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 28

Taylor is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention. Taylor is believed to be traveling on foot.
